A Creative Close to March 🎨

March has been a whirlwind, but I’m ending it on a high note with a Painting with Emotion workshop I facilitated for my coworkers! 🎨✨ This was the same workshop as my recent Paint & Sip, but with a different vibe—one that focused on self-expression, connection, and reflecting on the complexities of our everyday emotions.

It was so rewarding to see everyone immerse themselves in the process, letting colors and brushstrokes speak where words sometimes fall short. Grateful for the chance to bring art into shared spaces and to witness the power of creativity in fostering connection. 💙
