Art In Transit

During my recent travels to Texas and California, I decided to launch my project, Art in Transit. The idea behind this project was to distribute six canvases from my collection in various locations across both states. In California, I dropped three canvases in Manhattan Beach, while in Texas, I left three canvases around the Dallas area, including one in the backseat of an Uber.

Each canvas was accompanied by a note explaining the concept of Art in Transit and requesting that whoever found the canvas contact me. My goal with this project was to showcase how art can forge countless connections and truly unite individuals, while also allowing my artwork to "travel." In a world where people often feel isolated or disconnected, my hope is that this forges a sort of connection among people regardless of our distances.

A special thanks to Matilde from the Dallas area, who picked up a painting, and to Areej from the Bay Area in California, who picked up one as well. Both individuals sent me pictures, and I have included them here.
