🌟 A Memorable First! 🌟

I recently facilitated my very first Paint & Sip event in partnership with The Dagen Project, a remarkable men’s mental health awareness organization based here in the Edmonton area. 🎨

With over 21 participants in attendance, the energy in the room was truly inspiring. Their artistic abilities, openness, and enthusiasm turned the event into a safe and reflective space where creativity and connection flourished.

The experience reminded me of the power of art to bring people together, spark meaningful conversations, and promote healing. 🖌️✨
